Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website at www.woonsocketconcrete.com or by requesting services from Woonsocket Concrete ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Woonsocket Concrete provides concrete contracting services including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, foundation work, sidewalks, retaining walls, pool decks, and related services in Woonsocket, RI and surrounding areas. All services are subject to scheduling availability and project feasibility as determined by our team.
All estimates provided by Woonsocket Concrete are based on information available at the time of the site visit. An estimate is not a binding contract until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
Estimates may be revised if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the initial assessment, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project.
Free on-site estimates are provided at no cost and with no obligation to proceed.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or prior project delays. We will communicate schedule changes as early as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to costs already incurred.
We reserve the right to reschedule or decline projects at our discretion, including due to unsafe site conditions or material unavailability.
Payment terms will be outlined in the written project agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in the project agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection fees as permitted by Rhode Island law.
Withholding payment for reasons not covered in the signed agreement does not release the customer from their payment obligation.
You agree to:
Woonsocket Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Any specific warranty terms will be outlined in the written project agreement.
We are not responsible for damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather events, flooding, ground movement, improper use of the completed work, or modifications made by others after project completion.
Concrete is a natural material and minor surface variation, color variation, and hairline cracking may occur and are not covered under warranty unless otherwise specified in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woonsocket Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration service, unless otherwise required by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Rhode Island.
